I signed up for two fitness classes a week: NIA (dance) and svaroopa yoga. This is a first for me--the most I've ever done is one.

Thanks for your questions. This season is all about Sparkle but you don't want to try to out shine the tree. Like everything in life - it's all about balance. If you apply sparkle to your eyes, be more subltle with your cheeks and lips. If your clothing sparkles, tone down your shoes and jewelry.
